I had a great experience with Albany Mitsubishi, my sales person was Mrs. Victoria Hunt. Victoria and staff exceeded my expectations for sure! My son spotted the car he wanted immediately. I wasn’t pressured into purchase like most dealerships, and I was given the opportunity to weigh my options. Jason and Victoria went over and beyond! The other salespeople were very friendly even though I was not their customer. The finance manager was energetic and very friendly. Thank-you all for the best car buying experience ever! It really matters to the customer; my son noticed the difference in the atmosphere from the previous dealership we visited immediately. I purchased many vehicles and this by far was the best dealership that I encountered. Fun friendly fast!

One thing for certain.. two things for sure! If you’re in need of a vehicle and you’re worried about approval PLEASE come here!! Victoria was the absolute best! She was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with the entire process! A process that only took two hours if that!! They personally delivered my 2024 Outlander to McDonough, Ga from ALBANY at 9pm!! Customer service impeccable! Highly recommend!!

My experience was top notch from the moment I called up until now! Victoria took the call and she was extremely patient, very professional, and very knowledgeable. When I walked in to meet her she instantly greeted me with a nice beautiful smile, a warm hug, and good energy! My buying process was very quick, and simple. We came to the dealership not knowing exactly what we wanted. As soon as we pulled up, Ray Fowler was walking out the door to greet us and instantly started helping us find the best vehicle. He talked to us about multiple vehicles that fit the things we wanted. I wanted a vehicle that had plenty of room for a car seat and my husband wanted a vehicle that looked clean. Ray went above and beyond to make sure we got that. The vehicle we got was absolutely perfect for our family. He knew what we wanted before we even knew! I highly recommend Albany Mitsubishi, and if you get Ray as a salesperson, you are in great hands. The person that was doing the paper work with us was also very helpful and walked us through everything. All of our questions were answered from the car itself to the financial part of it. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

I called to inquire and try to get a deal for a truck on the phone cause the dealership is 4 hours away from me. My sales person became my "best friend". However, there finance guy was not the best. I was paying half down and had my own financing. He stayed the online price was only for their financing. Uhh! Nope! I had to leave my new best friend hanging.
